Sorry about that! My Father traveled extensively back in the day. One time I asked him where he was on the phone and he said, "hang on kid" whipped out the phone book to tell me. I was shocked and asked why he did not know. His reply: "all hotel rooms from one end of the country to the other look the same". He's right!

I hope you get back to Barkley soon! Safe trip!

I'm sure Barkley misses you.

Hang in there. I know how hard hotel life is.

Poor doggie ... such a sad face! Those animals sure can do a number on our conscience.

I'm sure you'd rather be with him, too.

When I was younger, I looked forward to traveling for business. Now, it’s the equivalent of to going to dentist. Nothing against you dentists!

My four-legged herding dogs miss me as much as I miss them when I travel.

You’ll know Brigid when you finally get home and see that Coffee Table Cleanin’, Tail Waggin’,WELCOME HOME MA!

The joys of life on the road.

Travel safe.

Man, I don't miss the life of a road warrior. I gave it up about 10 years ago, and the idea of it still makes me ill....

Hope your trip ends soon... Hang in there!

Trapped at a hotel for the weekend. Bleargh...

I could leave a whole list of funny stuff in this post, but... I don't think it'll last the weekend.

Instead, I leave you a look of my FaceBook with the Security Settings completely off. That should last you the weekend if you are interested (I'll put the security back up late Sunday night).

Mostly it is light and fluffy stuff with a little poetry to inflict upon the small group that I have corraled.

I hope you find it entertaining.

We miss you too. Have a great time, but arrive home safely. I'll bet that Barkely feels the same way.

If you ever come to Seattle I'll buy you a Guiness. We'll even give you a present to take home to Barkley.

Egad, how I hate traveling for business.
