Look, I have the affinity for the muscle car. I used to have in my garage, a 67 Barracuda 383S that ended up with a 440 big-block V-8 stuffed into it. Built when I had just mastered the bicycle, it was a great car.
I would also add that no matter how large and obnoxiously loud the muffler is on your pink Miata - it does NOT make it an impressive expression of your manhood.
Dark purple. And the only car (IMHO) that can pull that color off without looking girly (no offense intended) is a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T SE (they called the color Plumb Crazy).
But a new Challenger in Fuchsia? I think I just threw up a little inside my mouth.
I bought the 1969 Plymouth Road Runner 383 4 barrel, mag wheels, in 1970 when I graduated high school. Managed to keep it through college and still had it when I got married. Ohhh, the stories! I was a "tomboy" too. My older brothers did'nt want a sissy girl hanging with them!
I would just to add, for the record, that I don't need no stinkin' "Man Card", and I don't care to associate with any mani-pedi, powdered, perfumed, and coiffed metro-sexual "male" who does.
My Car is blue, subtle. This colour? I knew a guy who had a Blazer in a colour like this. He ended up rolling it in a ball; I think it committed suicide out of shame.
Now, a Saleen S281 in Mollypop is another matter: A great colour for the ladies, if they're into that end of the gamut, and a work of art and craftsmanship.
I agree! The muscle cars here are "argent",(FoMoCo code word for silver) signal flare red, Wimbledon white, and "Laser red clear coat metallic" thank you very much!
Furious Fuschia. The big Dodge dealer close to my office near Tampa Airport had one on display sometime within the last month. Either someone bought it or they're hiding it in shame.

I agree 100%!

I dunno, Brigid...purple ROCKS!
That color is wrong on any car. I don't care if it's a chick car with matching lipstick in the glove box a la Gone in 60 Seconds.
That's not fuchsia, that's Plum Crazy.
Looks purple. ;-)
WOW a foodie that likes guns and muscle cars the perfect woman.

Oh, that's just sad and wrong - it's a desecration of perfectly good Mopar.
Meh.
It's Government Motors.
Now, if it was still Chrysler...
1970 Challenger TA and Cuda AAR had Panther Pink (FM3) as a color option. Plum Crazy (FC7) was different again.

That color is a cry for attention.

Link to the "argent" one.

Back in the day I had a Hemi Orange '71 'Cuda 383 w/ a shaker hood. I loved that car and the way it made me feel.
I still have my Plum Crazy colored 1971 Road Runner. That IS NOT Plum Crazey, Panther Pink maybe comes close but not plum crazy.
