Dang, Brigid.. That's one sharp looking setup. The maker has some serious leatherworking skills! If Texas ever goes open-carry, I'd have to consider one of these rigs for my Valkyrie :)
That photo is making the rounds. Too bad it's not legal in many states. The e-mail I got with the pic said it was from Texas but open carry isn't legal there.
I think I'd rather have some "Wild Bunch" holsters for a couple of 1911s. Just my $0.02. :-)
My understanding is that in Texas you CAN carry a loaded handgun in a vehicle. Since the revolver is attached to the vehicle and not to the rider's person I suspect it technically isn't "carrying".

That's a much more elegant way of stating it, than the dictum of my youth: BETTER DEAD, THAN RED!
The picture alone is almost enough to convince me to take up motorcycle riding again! I love it!
Awesome bike! I may need to see if I can find something similar for my scooter! Hehehehehehe

Looks like a scoot that the two Thomas’ would appreciate: Jefferson and Paine.
That ass saddle is so hot, it sent shivers down my spine -
I. want. one.
You know if someone ever has the sense to make a movie of "Good Omens," then I'd suggest a woman like you and a bike like this for the part of Waugh.

Now THATS just the 5th ring of cool! Wife has a Sportster 883 - that would be an awesome addition to it.
Ah, if only that were true of all Americans.
Great design. Lets do a driver seat for the pick-up.
See Ya.

I'm pretty sure that's the most awesome scooter saddle I've ever seen.
When I went to save it, I noticed that the picture is called "texas+freedom.jpg". That's a bit off, since Texas doesn't allow open carry.
Don't that just figure.

I trust it is balanced by it's opposite on the other side!
To think how unbalanced this would be!
Sweet!!
Can you imagine the looks when the snob pulls up next to you at a stoplight and gives you the "Down the nose" look??
Priceless!!
COOL! I wonder if the sheriff in the background was intentional or just a coincidence?
Not sure where the picture was taken."Big Sis" Lin sent this to me and she lives in New Mexico.
Sure is sweet!!!
Ooooooh, I like that!
Hi, I came to your blog through a link from my friend Sherry's blog.
I just LOVE your image today! That is JUST TOO COOL!
Best,

A bike, a gun, and a laudable belief. Very nice. It's a shame riding that way would result in hysteria in my area.
Those who sacrifice liberty for safety generally end up with neither.
