Someone asked about the picture off blog. My girlfriend E. and her husband play in a jazz band, my long time best friend also plays. I have attempted to play along with the violin but cats start gathering on the porch. But the instruments make for some nice photo shots for everyone.

That is a beautiful photo. The black background of nothingness, the two personalities in the foreground. Meaningful.
