Why Did the Bowling Pin Cross the Road? - Sunday Adventures Continue

I'm not sure, but it didn't get to the other side.

Better see how the reloads are firing. That bowling pin might be part of a whole gang.

Then home for breakfast.

Coming out of the oven, Croissants Pain au Chocolat which I made for my team at work tomorrow.

Then the exciting bachelor stuff like cleaning things.

Then it's off to the city for some food, cheer and laughter with Tam while she troubleshooted a computer issue to finish up a work project.

The Chicken Limo. Only in Broad Ripple U.S.A. (And for someone that might consider such a thing, not just no, but hell no).

Broad Ripple Brew Pub -Always a good time. Time with your best friends, food and Sunday "growlers" of hand crafted beer you can buy in IND on a Sunday and take home!

Then an hour or so drive home to Barkley who was asleep when I left, and asleep when I got home, dreaming of Milk Bones and life without the Cone of Shame. He's feeling much better and actually leaped like a Lipizzaner Stallion over the footstool when I opened up a pack of Swiss cheese to make a salad for lunch.

Love - Brigid

The title caught my eye, "where is she going with this one?" was my first thought! Also liked the post on old aircraft. Every pilot I've ever known, has a soft spot in their heart for the vintage planes!

Because it was being carried by the chicken?

Is that what they mean when they say they were, "pinned down by enemy fire"?

Uh wow! Some timing! Broke out the chrono today for a friend doing "experiments". Hooking up the laptop now to extract data. Around here ALL bowling pins must die!

I hope you gave Barkley a bit of that cheese!

I see nothing at all wrong with dressing up in the tux and cocktail dress and taking the chicken limo out for a night on the town.

It just oozes class!

leaped like a Lipizzaner Stallion

Nice turn of phrase there...
Not sure I've ever heard a lab (or any other bread) compared to a Lipizzaner.

(and did you have to look up the spelling on that or know it already ? - I wouldn't know if you got it right or not..)

I've actually seen the Lipizzaner stallions, in Lipica. Pretty cool. I'm glad that the Internet's most loved Lab is feeling better.

Glad to hear you had a good day! Also great to hear Barkley's feeling motivated and moving for cheese! Soon enough, the Cone of Shame will be gone...

Sherry - thank you! They are hard to resist.

Dann - pinned down by enemy fire! HA!! Best to your girls. Hope your wife has some great photos of their trip.

Grant - ah, but I'm an old fashioned girl. Unless I'm in love you're going to get a kiss, not a cluck.

Dr Jim and On a Wing - yes he got cheese. Fair Oaks Farms, our favorite in IND.
