Remember that day we started to go out to play and a thunderstorm popped up and we had to rush back in? We still had fun. But I'll be home before you know it and you'll have a much bigger yard to play in with friends til I get home.
I'm back from my travels but I headed out again to go to one of the Midwest's big tractor/steam engine shows. Machinery, noise, tools, farm stuff and friends of my own :-)
I'll be home soon, I promise.

Have fun at the steam show. Suppose to be nice all weekend. Are you going to make the Indy 1500 and/or blogmeet? Take it easy and enjoy the weekend.

Rich - I won't make the gun show but should be at the blog meeting if no traffic problems. Scout26 is going to save me a seat. If I'm running late I'm still going to meet up with Miss D and her hubby BYM and Old NFO for coffee or something tomorrow night.

Good old Barkley. Such a sweetheart. :) Our "kids" are out this weekend with our daughter at a dog show. They are all having a fabulous time and will come home dead tired. So, we are the ones sitting here at home waiting for them to return.
Being an old dinosaur, I still use IE, and there's a drop-down menu of web links called "Favorites." I often sigh because it's a longlist of financial news hubs that I visit several times a day. What awful rubbish, I said to myself. Is there anything enjoyable or favorite on this @#&! list of so-called "Favorites"?

Nugget is here at Grandma's and Grandpa's and he and grandpa have already renewed their napping partnership. (both are asleep in front of the TV).
