Your new wheels? I have had three Mustangs - a 1966 hardtop, a 200 hardtop, and my current 2004 convertible. Love them all.

Very good rule. You know how protective I am - that rule is important.

Brigid,

Well said! Quite relevant for me as I begin a long journey this morning.

I will keep that in mind.

I sincerely hope that your Mustang has a manual transmission. I test drove a used automatic 2 years ago, but found it to be slower off the line than one of those little Chevy whatsits.

Didn't buy the Chevy either because people were reporting problems with the power steering locking at highway speeds, with the only way to reset being to shut the car off.

Good rule! And judging from the fender emblem a 2009 Pony. Nice ride! I will not set foot on a Ford dealership as I know I will drive off with a new one if I did!

Safe trip!

Good rule. Not much fun (or excitment) in it though if it's taken to the extreme.

2009, you can tell by the 45th anniversary horseshoe badge on the side. My sister has a red convertible, nice car.
And Mrs S, the 2011 GT has 412 horses, the automatic is quite adequate I assure you. ;)
