What Do you Fear

'What do you fear my lady?'

'A cage. To stay behind bars until use and old age accept them

and all chance of valor has gone beyond beyond recall or desire.'”

  1. Is Barkley dreading his next visit to the VET, or are you more worried than he is? A dog's life of blissful ignorance is sometimes enviable. Hope tomorrow goes well.

No more stalling for me. I must wage battle with a rather large raspberry patch before the mosquitoes get really bad. Farewell for now, and have a great evening.

  3. Barkley will be OK. You are a good mom (and so is his other mom). I'll be thinking of Barkley tonight and tomorrow. He - and you - will be in my prayers.

  4. Nothing but love in those eyes. Barkley is gonna be fine. Moms on the other hand...

Just like mine. I don't know what she'd do if she didn't have something to worry about.

  7. The Doc said these are almost always benign, I'm just worrying because it's my job. :-) thanks.

He's a good boy. Rev Paul, I was sitting on my bed with a book with the light on him and the quote came in my head as I saw the bars of light on his face. Glad you liked it.

  8. So often it is me that has the fear. The little dog does not know it has anything to fear. Yet the doggie is not the same.

Hope there is no major problem for the Barkley.
